When Y2 is in video mode, it will send SD videos with each trigger that are 3 seconds long and do not include audio. To request the full 10 second video with audio:
- Click on "Media" at the bottom of your app.
- Click on the video you'd like, then click "Request HD" at the top.
- Within 24 hours (usually much sooner), your 3 second video snippet will be replaced with the 10 second, HD (high definition) version with audio.
You can also make this change from your browser by logging into your Yellowstone.ai account, clicking on "Media" at the top, then clicking on the video you'd like. Click "Request HD" at the top.
Note: We never charge hidden fees for HD videos. These simply count towards your allotted data for the month.
