How do I get videos on my phone

To receive videos from your Y2:

1. In your command center, click on the camera you wish to update.
2. Click "Settings."
3. Under "Motion Capture," click "Video" for just videos or "Both" if you want a picture and a video.

We've invested heavily in engineering and video compression to maximize the success rate of video transmission. However, in locations with very weak cell signal, videos might not send consistently. If your videos are sending but not consistently, please let us know and we can help you with upgraded antennas or other modifications to help you get the most happiness from your camera.
