If your camera is not powering on, please try changing your batteries with AAs that are brand new and from the same pack. If you are using a battery pack, ensure that the pack is fully charged by following the steps below:
- ALWAYS TURN THE CAMERA OFF BEFORE EJECTING THE BATTERY PACK.
- Once the camera is OFF and the battery pack is removed, plug the USB-C cord (comes with the camera) directly into the battery pack (not the camera itself).
- You can tell that the battery pack is charging if it blinks consistently. All lights will illuminate when fully charged.
- Once you unplug the battery pack, all the lights will turn off; push the button on the battery pack to see charge.
** NOTE: The USB-C port on camera is only for connecting to your computer for data transmission (aka downloading images directly to a computer) - it does NOT charge the battery pack
If your batteries/ battery pack is fully charged and your camera is still not powering on, please contact our support team right away.
