My camera doesn't respond to image requests

You can request an image from your command center app. 

1. Click on the desired Y2 camera you'd like to receive the image from
2. Click on "Request Image"  
3. Your camera will receive your command and send your picture the next time it checks in with the server, which will likely be within 30 minutes but can take up to 24 hours, depending on your camera settings. 

If your picture requests are taking on the longer end, please click on the camera in question, then click "Settings;" change "Server Check Frequency" from "Daily" to "Every 30 minutes."  Allow 24 hours for this change to take effect, although usually it will occur much sooner than this.
