How do I format or clear my SD card in my camera?

If your camera isn't sending pictures, sometimes formatting the SD card can help.

You can format your SD card two different ways:

• Directly in the camera in setup mode, after all lights stop blinking, press and hold the FORMAT button for 6 seconds
• Or via your Command Center app 

Note: formatting your card will erase all images from your SD card, but any pictures that are in your command center will remain there.
