How do I reactivate, pause, or cancel my data plan?

In order to pause or stop billing, you need to turn your data plan to Canceled in your command center. Simply switching the camera to the off position isn't enough. 

 

You can easily reactivate, pause, or cancel your data plan at any time. We don't charge any cancellation or reactivation fees, so you can come and go as you please. You can reactivate, pause, cancel, or change your plan from any device. In addition to the tips below, check out our off-season storage tips.

 

Using your Phone App:

  • Click cameras in the bottom left corner

  • Click the three dots next to your camera name

  • Select "Plan" and:

    • to reactivate, choose your desired data plan

    • to pause or cancel, choose "Canceled"

Using your computer:

  • Log into your account at my.yellowstone.ai/cameras

  • Click the blue "Manage" button

  • Click the dropdown menu for "Update/ Cancel Plan" and:

    • to reactivate, choose your desired data plan

    • to pause or cancel, choose "Canceled"
