You can easily pause, change, or cancel your data plan at any time. We don't charge any cancellation or reactivation fees, so you can come and go as you please. You can pause, cancel, or change your plan from any device. In addition to the tips below, check out our offseason storage tips.
Using your Phone App

Click cameras in the bottom left corner

Click the three dots next to your camera name

Select plan and:

to reactivate, set it to your desired data plan

to pause or cancel, set it to "Canceled"

Log into your account at my.yellowstone.ai/cameras

Click the blue Manage button
