We are the only trail camera brand that offers flex billing. So you can truly start and stop as you please, and you never pay for data service unless your camera is active.
- We never charge an activation fee or a restart fee.
- We don't limit how long or how often you can pause your camera.
- If you cancel your data plan before the month is over, we pay you for your unused days by issuing a prorated credit, that will offset your data service when you reactivate your camera.
Our billing cycles begin and end on the last night of each month. When first activating your camera, you’ll enter credit card information and securely pay a prorated amount of your selected billing plan. This will cover you for the rest of the current month. Then your credit card will automatically be charged on the last day of the month to prepay for the next month. Any data overage charges will be applied at the end of the month.
As part of our flex billing offering, we try to avoid making multiple credit card charges in the same month. So if you activate a subsequent camera mid-month, the remaining prorated portion of the charge for that camera will accrue and be charged at the end of the month. You might see "Unused" and "Remaining" time entries on your next invoice. This shows you the prorations for each camera that was changed or activated mid-month.
Flex billing works for plan changes as well. If you accidentally start on the wrong plan, then switch to a different plan, our system will credit you for the prorated difference.
